Green Lake's waters and surrounding land has a long history of being "the place to be" in Wisconsin. The city is a relaxing lakeside community hosting musical and fine art festivals from May to September, weekly music in the park during summer, and year round professional entertainment at its restored cozy opera house. Less than five minutes away are two award-winning golf courses at Tuscumbia and Lawsonia. The Green Lake Conference Center is renowned for its rich heritage, beautiful grounds and year-round events.
Of course, the biggest attraction is Green Lake itself, the deepest lake in Wisconsin and one of the bigger inland lakes at 7.3 miles long and 2 miles wide of green-blue spring fed water. Fishing, swimming, sailing and boating are all available on this beautiful lake.
Heron Point Condominiums are located in the City of Green Lake at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road, abutting the city park and surrounded by 340ft of water frontage on old Dartford Bay. The downtown restaurants and shopping are an easy walk from the condos. The quaint city park is right next door where children can play, fish from the shores, or watch fish swim under the flower decorated foot bridge. Just a short walk from the park are the city's lighted tennis courts and baseball field where you can take in a local ball game. Life in Green Lake is restful at a small town's pace.
The condo complex is comprised of just 13 units, three buildings with four units each and one stand alone unit. The complex covers three-quarters of an acre and has 340 feet of water frontage.
